The pre-release glue method first disperses the thickener evenly in the wetting agent according to the formula to make a uniform and integrated dispersion. Direct mixing method This process is suitable for larger mixing equipment. The components are weighed according to the formula ratio and directly put into the paste mixing machine. The feeding order is glycerin, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, deionized water or Other water-soluble additives, foaming agents, flavors, and friction agents. Then the components are dispersed and evenly mixed by strong stirring, kneading and mixing. Similar to the pre-release glue method, the paste is made by homogeneous grinding and vacuum degassing.
